Digital Justice: Legal Challenges and Frameworks in the Age of Artificial Intelligence

Abstract

The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies into legal systems represents both

unprecedented opportunities for enhanced judicial efficiency and significant challenges to

traditional concepts of justice, due process, and constitutional rights. This paper examines the

evolving landscape of digital justice, analyzing the legal challenges posed by AI implementation

in judicial contexts and evaluating existing and proposed regulatory frameworks designed to

address these concerns. Through comprehensive analysis of current case law, regulatory

developments, and theoretical frameworks, this research identifies key areas where AI intersects
