Author Guidelines for Submission of Manuscripts
1. General Requirements
- Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by any other journal.
- The manuscript should be written in clear and grammatically correct English.
- The recommended length of the manuscript is 8,000–10,000 words, including footnotes and references.
2. Manuscript Formatting
- Title: Times New Roman, 16 pt, Bold, Centre Aligned.
- Main Headings: Times New Roman, 14 pt, Bold.
- Sub-headings and Body Text: Times New Roman, 12 pt.
- Line Spacing: 1.5.
- Text Alignment: Justified.
- Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.
- Page Numbers: Bottom Centre.
3. Title Page
The title page should be submitted:
- Title of the Manuscript and full manuscript.
- separately from the manuscript and must contain in another word file
- Full Name of Author(s).
- Designation.
- Department/Faculty.
- Institution/University.
- Complete Affiliation.
- Postal Address.
- Mobile Number.
- ORCID ID (if available).
- Corresponding Author Details.
Important: The manuscript file must not contain the name, affiliation, email, phone number, ORCID, acknowledgements, or any information that may reveal the identity of the author(s) to ensure a double-blind peer-review process.
4. Abstract and Keywords
- Abstract: Maximum 200 words.
- Keywords: 4–6 keywords.

6. Footnotes
- Footnotes should be used only where necessary for explanatory notes.
- Do not use footnotes for citations.
- Footnotes should be in Times New Roman, 10 pt, single spacing, and numbered consecutively throughout the manuscript.
7. Citation Style
- All in-text citations and references must strictly follow the APA 7th Edition.
- Every source cited in the text must appear in the reference list, and every reference listed must be cited in the manuscript.
- Include DOIs wherever available.
8. Abbreviations
- Spell out the full term when first mentioned, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses.
- Use abbreviations consistently throughout the manuscript.
- Avoid unnecessary abbreviations.
9. Tables, Figures and Illustrations
- Number all tables, figures, charts, and illustrations consecutively.
- Provide a concise title for each table or figure.
- Mention the source below each table or figure, where applicable.
- Images and figures must be of high resolution.
10. References/Bibliography
- References must be arranged alphabetically by the surname of the first author.
- Follow APA 7th Edition formatting throughout.
- Include DOI or URL wherever applicable.
- Ensure complete and accurate bibliographic information.
11. Originality and Plagiarism
- Manuscripts must be original and free from plagiarism.
- The similarity index should normally not exceed 10% (excluding references and quotations).
- Authors are responsible for the originality of their work.
12. Submission
- Submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format.
- Ensure that all formatting requirements are followed before submission.
13. Peer Review
- All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process.
- Authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts based on reviewers' comments.
- The decision of the Editorial Board shall be final.
14. Author Declaration
By submitting a manuscript, the author(s) certify that:
- The manuscript is original.
- It has not been published or submitted elsewhere.
- All sources have been properly acknowledged.
- There is no conflict of interest unless declared.
- Ethical standards have been observed where applicable.
